Yoga and Well-being Day
Treat yourself to a Yoga and Well-being Day centred around Gaia.
On Saturday 9th April join BWY Yoga Guide Amanda Greenwood for a day of Yoga and Well-being. A chance to rebalance from the stresses of everyday life, this day will leave you feeling refreshed and energised for the coming Spring and Summer.
Connect with your inner world through various yoga styles led by Amanda throughout the day. Starting with Yin Yoga to turn inward and tune into your mind and body followed by a yoga flow with Pranayama to become aware of your breathing. After a relaxing lunch break in our welcoming Muse Coffee Bar, Amanda will guide you through gentle Hatha Yoga to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation. Closing in the mindful movement with Yoga Nidra to shut down one part of the body at a time, allowing you to gather all of your focus and attention inwards - you will feel physically and mentally recharged, rejuvenated and refreshed.
After this restorative practice, you'll be able to enjoy a private viewing of Gaia.
Tickets are priced at £50 per person.

Yoga Day Schedule
9.30am - Arrival
10.00am -12.00pm - Yoga Practice in suite overlooking the Cathedral. This practice will include a morning yin yoga and flow yoga session with pranayama.
12.00pm - 1.00pm - Lunch in the Muse Coffee Bar at The Collection.
1.00pm - 2.30pm - Yoga Practice to include meditation, chanting and gentle Hatha yoga.
2.30pm - 2.45pm - Refreshments in the Muse Coffee Bar at The Collection.
2.45pm - 4.00pm - Yoga Practice to include Yoga Nidra (guided relaxtion).
4.00pm - Private viewing of Gaia.
