Autumn Artisan Market

Kickstart your Christmas shopping early on the 5th and 6th November at The Collection Museum. With over 30 local artisan stalls visitors will be spoilt for choice; including original art, prints, ceramics glassware and jewellery, alongside a selection of food and drink stalls

Throughout the weekend, visitors can get creative with adult and children’s workshops and enjoy live local music!  The event is open 10 am – 4 pm and is free entry (charges may apply for workshops and activities). 

Autumn Workshops

Christmas Clay Decorations, Saturday 5 November at 10.30am

Join Jennifer from Quite Contrary Pottery and get crafty with clay to create your own Christmas decorations. Work will be fired, and participants will be able to collect their work from the Collection museum at a later date. Spaces are limited - booking essential. 10.30-11.30am. £10 per person. Minimum age to be confirmed, children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Claire's Mindful Art Workshop, Sunday 6 November at 11am

Claire’s Mindful Art Workshops focus fully on the process of creating, enjoying painting rather than worrying about the end result. They are enjoyed by absolute novices and experienced painters alike. She will provide all materials you need and will take you through simple steps for a fun, relaxed and fully enjoyable experience.  And you will walk away with a piece of art you have created. In this workshop, you will create a beautiful loose watercolour poppy bookmark (or two).  Suitable for ages 10 to 100+. children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. £8 per person. Spaces are limited - booking essential.
