#CouchCurators
RSS FeedIf you've spent lockdown cleaning your antique matchbox cars, polishing pebbles, rearranging your stamp collection, changing filters on your insta, studying plants or getting involved in the garden or any other kind of amazing hobby, then we'd love you to be part of the Collection Museum's new Lockdown exhibition.
Our buildings may be closed to visitors right now, but we're trying to find ways to keep connected. Our new #CouchCurators programme is an amazing way for people to share what's important to them, and show what they've been doing in lockdown.
We're asking people to submit pictures, videos, paintings or drawings of their favourite objects and how they are displayed, so this could include for example, your tomato plants in your garden, your prize collection of pottery, or your favourite games you've been playing on your xbox. We will then collect them images and footage together and showcase a new online 'lockdown exhibition' in September.
Simply email your submissions to thecollection@lincolnshire.gov.uk or share with us on social via #CouchCurators by 31 August 2020.
